If you've ever wanted to overpay for a horrible wash/products you don't receive, and laughed at by staff who can't bother to stop their conversations to help you, come here. There are gas station car washes that blow this "car wash" out of the water". I would not be surprised if the 1k+ 5 star reviews are from bribes and bots.

There's no better place for you where you can pay little money, and the convenience of a fast drive thru $5 car wash. Because not even their top offered service can give you the satisfaction of getting a good car wash service experience.
but sometimes that extra little money somewhere else could give you extra care, attention, respect and better service. I came to do a wash on my car and parked on the blue zone, my kid's helped me out with the vacuuming as I not able to do it and tge vacuum hose had a lot of dirt and trash and ended up on the top of tge car, I asked the attendees if there was something he could do to help me out or to pass tge car again to get it cleaned up and his response was that THE VACUUMS ARE FREE AND THAT NO ONE ELSE PASS THE HOSES ON TOP OF THEIR CARS AND IT WASN'T THE CARWASH STATION RESPONSIBILITY OR FAULT. well I don't think I got a good service at all. So ended up gong back the same way I left in the first place. Very bad experience. But we'll if you want just to Dust off your car come to this places. Good luck.

Met the owner it was a wonderful experience.
The best part was the smirk on his face as he refused to accept my vehicle because of ropes, that had never previously been an issue.

My wife has been a member for 6 months and she loves this place, we have an issue today where the valve got snagged in their Machine and damaged the tire and rim, the worker's advised manager was at lunch and we waited and hour, they had to check the camera ?? To see if the damage happened at their location ja ja ja ja.. Once manager on site checked and verified that the tire was damaged all she offered was to fill a report out and have her manager ??? ( so, the manager of the manager ja ja ja ) can approve what ? I don't know ? I had to get off work and come help my wife since it's been multiple hours waiting for a result. Now I have to contact AAA under my expense to address the issue. I don't recommend this time of businesses that don't back up their members and if I didn't come, my wife would be on her own 😞 it is 7:12p and dark in an unsafe neighborhood.....

First time since they changed companies and I was impressed from the initial greeting. The person on staff to check me in was super knowledgeable and sweet. The facility was clean and had the proper accommodations for a self service dry/vacuum. Enrolled in a monthly membership due to positive experience.

My first time at this place- and love it
My car was pretty dirty I got the basic deal $9.99 but it was wonderful really cleaned my car so well even though it was pretty dirty .. also, they let me borrow two towels to clean/ dry my car - thought that was nice !
And they are open pretty late so thats amazing !

First time was good... However I went again, my car had spots where the brushes weren't getting it off after... The guy who came to wipe down the car spent more time on his cell phone than doing my car. I told him when he started wiping down my car I had no cash for a tip... He wiped down one side, left, then helped one other and when I wiped my car down was on his phone.... Seemed all the guys who did that were into their phones too

I have been a member at Cruiser's express car wash for over 3 months now and I have to say that I completely love it. I love the fact of how much soap they use and how efficient their machines are to go through the process. They Recycle water that gives you a really good car wash. The service you receive from friendly staff like Sacco gets you through the day. They offer a complimentary dashboard wipe. Where else do they offer compliment hand drying by associates like Bryan? I will continue recommending cruisers express car wash. The restrooms are clean as well. They have 5 locations and an unlimited washing plan that cost less than 40 bucks highly recommended.

Car was still wet with soap on it after the wash and did no undercarriage work whatsoever. Vacuuming and inside cleaning is self serve. A lot of employees but nobody offered to help with anything or even interact so it might as well be fully self serve.

Went with my grandma and she wanted to give 1 star but I think 3 is a fairer rating. We don't really wash our car much but I felt the prices were fair for what you get. Definitely wouldn't get thier membership.

I chose to go here after reading the reviews about customer service and because they're open after 6 pm. I'm so glad I did.
The assistant manager Edwin was extremely helpful and added tire shine to my tires himself after the automated rollers malfunctioned.
He was very kind about it. I'll definitely be back. Good customer service is hard to find !

Does a decent job of washing my car. I think one of the washing or drying features was broken today, but they gave me a free air freshener and cloth so I was happy! Employees are always friendly and helpful.
As other reviewers say, I recommend taking a rag for drying/cleaning up any missed details after the wash!

I love this car wash. The workers are so sweet, the parking spots are kept clean and trash is never over flowing. They don't complain if you just use the vacuum’s once in a while either. The pricing is so affordable for $6 for a basic wash and dry. This is the best car wash in the area!!

If I could give 10 stars I would! They get the job done quick and it’s always amazing work. When ever I need my car washed they reply back so fast!! I love how clean my car looks and how fast everything is. They come to my job and get the job done! I have no complaints at all, they even educate me on what I can do to keep my car looking great. I 100% recommend their services!! Don’t look elsewhere!! They also have great packages to fit your needs!! I love love their services!!

They did an awesome job. I had dog hair in a rental before and these guys got it cleaned up.... But this time I took them my Lady's car and they made it like new. There were a couple spots on the sun visors we hadn't gotten out on our own and these guys NAILED it and no more stains, perfect like new everywhere!! Gotta say this was pretty awesome

They very nice, very helpfull.
Everytime I come to have my car wash. The debit card reading does not work. I have to walk to the gas station next door to get cash. Most of the time I'm short off time. Please fixed the card reader.

They are fast, but don't clean the car as expected. They always leave the water marks on some spots and leave dirts in interior and no one supervise them but the customers have to tell them. And some dirts are still on the exterior after car wash, I only come here when i need a quick car wash but don't expecte the quality of the job. I found else where much better than here.

Tried this service for the first time yesterday. I contacted them in the morning and I was able to get somebody out within a few hours for a mini detail and wax. Danny did an excellent job. My car looks beautiful. I will definitely use them again!

Great service. Jesus was on time, communicated with me the whole way, and went above and beyond to make sure my car looked great when he was done. I did the regular wash and the steam cleaning add on for seats. Will definitely use again!

My leased toyota had multiple paint and rust damage, and car looks pretty new - I feel comfortable returning the car to the dealer now!
Interior/dash/seats and also wheels were meticulously detailed, as well.
For the price, the service was very much worth it - J even went ahead and fixed a few extra paint damages which I was not even aware of.
Thanks again and I hope to bring more business to J's.

J's auto detailing O.C. did a beautiful job on my almost new car!
I really wanted to preserve that new car look and feel and also be able to do a rinse-wash approach to prevent scratches. Jorge put a ceramic graphene coating on my new Bolt, and it's so easy to keep it clean and gleaming! Better than new now!
I highly recommend his services, he takes really good care of you and your car! He gave me great tips on keeping it sparkling inside and out!

Been going to Sam for the last 5 years.... Wicked is now handling supercars, but my WB Charger gets the exact same treatment.

His "car wash" is what other people call a detail. They even found a problem on my car that has been vexing me for 2 weeks....

I will tell you. Ignore the negative reviews. If you have a problem, contact Sam and he will try his best to fix it.

Took my new Charger to Sam at Wicked Auto Detailing for a clear bra and a ceramic coat. We talked about where I'd be driving my car (the barn, I know...) and his recommendations were spot on. I appreciated that he didn't try to oversell or have my pay for something I didn't need! My car was ready on time, and they even rolled out the red carpet when I picked it up, so fun! High quality product and service, I'd highly recommend them!

Wicked Auto is great! They did a ceramic coat and paint protection film on my car a couple months back. This time I brought my car in to be detailed. Scheduling was a breeze, the folks there are great, and my car looks amazing!!

This place was unknown to me but they do have friendly staff. Although the phone number doesn’t really get serviced, but affordable pricing and they have great products. They do take inspiration from big name brands but their products are still great. They get the job done and great results.

This place is really the best place when it comes to affordable detailing products. Every single product they have work amazingly and are not made by anyone else since everything they make is right there in the shop! If you want to see proof all you need to do is walk right in. I have been using their products ever since i started my business and Im glad I was able to find this hidden gem!

Bad service!!! Bathrooms have a few months of being remodeled. these guys didn't allow my 68 year old father use them after fueling and buying good inside. Been here many times since it convenient and we always get turn down from using them. Would have to find another place to do business.

Best of the best!
Good staff great management and a newly remodeled store you won't be disappointed with all that they offer which includes boost Mobile check cashing notary DMV service MoneyGram and the convenience store as well. There's hand car wash and if I overlooked something I find that hard to believe. You will be suitably impressed.
