Friendly but the cars are a rip off had issues with my car the first month and they have just piled on since I’ve had to pay for more in repairs than I’ve made in car payments and it finally broke down beyond repair only go here if you need something quick and can’t go anywhere else you will regret buying from here I know I sure do. They only have so many 5star reviews because they give you an incentive if you leave 5 stars it’s again a shady place

Anthony Fernandez was excellent in the service he provided us. Not only was he flexible with our schedules, but he went above and beyond to accommodate every request we made. We got to test drive the vehicle multiple times over 2 days. The whole sale process was the fastest and most seamless our family has ever experienced. In the end, we got a fantastic monthly payment with the lowest interest rate we'd heard of in the last year or so. Two big thumbs up for this fantastic employee!

Left a message at California motors direct , Andres Reyes called me right back , we discussed a car I was interested in , Andres had it ready for me to look at and test drive , we looked at several that were on the lot , he had keys on hand and knew details about each car ! He was very personal and professional. I bought my Kia Forte below on and am a very happy customer! I highly recommend him !!

Had a few concerns about this dealer shop at first because I viewed lots of negative comments about this place. I then did twice car inspection at the official Toyota store before I purchase this 2022 Corolla Apex, the first time the Toyota store found a small minor issue. Manager Christian and salesman Daniel promised to repair it for me in two days. Then after two days, the repair was even better than I expected. I then did another car inspection at an official Toyota store, the result was nearly perfect, which again, better than I expected. Salesman Daniel is a very nice guy, if you want to buy a car, you can find him, and if you bargain with him, trust me, you will get a good deal, he is a good person and trys to help you. And about manager Christian, even though he had some bad reviews, but I can say he is a good guy, he is the guy that keeps his word. He is just a little slow replying messages but that means he is busy, right? Busy means there are other people trying to buy cars from this dealer, you do want your dealer to be busy instead of having you as the only customer. And if you had concerns about their cars like I did, do some car inspections before you purchase it. 😁

Best car dealer. They all genuinely try to help you get the car you want and leave happy. All good reliable cars so the choice was hard. Decided on a 2016 toyota Corolla and beyond happy. Transaction was smooth and easy. No need to think twice about visiting just go! Jovanni assisted me but all the workers there are sincere & are all equally as helpful! Thank you JP motors!!

I’m beyond grateful JP Motors, George and William went out of their way not only on my trade in and getting me into the car I had my heart set on, I left they key fob to get in my garage in my trade in, and they brought it to me after business hours, they really didn’t have to do these things but made me feel like family, more than appreciate you guys taking care of me. Honesty, integrity and transparency is big in my book, thanks for making the transition and the process seamless, lifted a huge weight off my shoulder. Will definitely recommend checking them out first. Family owned and operated may you guys deserve all the blessing, again a 1000 thanks 🙏🏾

Don’t go to this place I bought a truck there took it back because of oil pressure took it back after a weekend turns out the engine was damaged they sell unreliable Cars and ask a lot for down payment the guy told me I can fix it in 3 days after 2 weeks truck being there they had no idea what it had just we changed this we changed that and problem is still there I went to get my money back went to riverside auto market best experience with them low down payment and great cars and trucks best service don’t go Angelo’s auto they are a rip off

this spot is literal trash !! don't even bother with this guy ...had so many issues with the car we had gotten here , didn't even have it for a week when we had to take it back twice so he can fix a bunch of things that were wrong with it !!

Haven't been to a dealership in 6 years because of bad experiences, so was hesitant to try any of them when I was ready to buy a vehicle. From the get go, TMG was amazing. They answered every one of my questions, were super helpful and friendly and didn't pressure me. Visiting for a test drive was a breeze. I worked with Omar, Adam and Sam and all were extremely helpful, nice and didn't push me into a sale at all. I got a beautiful car at a great price! Highly recommend to anyone who is car shopping.

I was a little skeptical but this turned out to be an amazing experience selling my car. I worked with Matt from California team and he was super efficient, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I owed a balance on my car and Matt worked with me to get my car’s equity into my bank account (through Chase) and sent the remaining payoff amount through FedEx to my car’s financing company. Valley Car Group gave me a reasonable quote which was thousands more than the dealership I bought it from was willing to pay me. There was no haggling, no stress since they came to my house and worked with my schedule. I highly recommend Valley Car Group to friends and family looking to not get bamboozled selling your vehicle.

I was contacted by this dealership but their status as a dealership was not disclosed until the inspector they sent out arrived. Skeptical, I let the inspector continue. Had my time wasted by him making erroneous claims of damage in areas that were completely normal, only to be lowballed at the end. Naturally, I declined; the offer was not competitive whatsoever.

You people have to be smoking crack if you think they're worth 4.9 stars.

RUDE!!! Went in a couple days ago and spoke with Farshid. He gave me a price and said he was willing to negotiate with me once I was ready to purchase. I went in two days later and was helped by his brother, who was very very rude. He was very hostile and would not let me speak. I told him the price his brother gave me and started getting all defensive. The thing his brother and him would say also did not match. He would not let me get through a sentence without interrupting me. Little did he know his brother showed me the carfax and i was already aware of the car’s history, he was still dishonest and once I showed him the pictures I took when his brother showed me he began being negotiating the price. Super rude and dishonest, he would go down and say that was his best price. After being frustrated I decided to leave and he started dropping the price. Cars are extremely marked up and they are very dishonest. BEWARE!!!

So far so great. Bought a Mazda 3 gt. And so far no real issues. I would give 5 stars but the price was a little high. Car had blemishes and the smoke smell inside is still there. But all is well so far

3 Star because my car was sold to me with a lowjack upgrade I did not want but was included in the pricing and also with missing parts/pieces. The salesman told me he would look for them and get back to me, but he never did. Then I emailed Rexera's general email, and still nobody would respond to me about my issue. I guess once the sale is made they want nothing to do with you... Hence this rating

I came in to rexera to test drive my 2023 Mercedes-Benz C300 and I loved it. low miles and in top tier condition. the owner Ahmad helped me wonders and hooked me up with a great price on a warranty, gap, and LoJack package (highly recommend) got me financed with capital one love this place and I would 100% come back

Do not buy from this company. We have a good friend that had her car repossessed by Rexera because they said her payment was 15 days late even though her loan is with West Lake Finance and they told her she had 30 days. Now Rexera is trying to charge her over $1,000 in repo fees even though they had no rights to it. They also want her to reapply for a loan through them. They are are the kind of used car lot that people always read about. She will report them to the BBB and will take them to court.

Worse place ever!! They sell you cars that dont work ! And dont even give you the tags to your car !! I got my car 3 months ago and all they say " the tags arent here yet!" And the owner is so disrespectful! He acts like he cares but once your car breaks down in less than a month he says it's your fault for running the car so fast!! Dont buy from here!!! Shut this place down !!

Even though I did not end up purchasing a Rivian from them, I just wanted to give them props for excellent customer service. Eli was very helpful and accommodating. Communication was excellent and level of professionalism was a delight. I would definitely purchase a car from them in the future, and would recommend them to anyone.
