This was Hands Down the Best Car Buying Experience I've ever had. Alex the owner was very nice and helped me get into my new Hyundai quick and easy. I truly appreciated his recommendations and advice, as it really felt like he had my best interest at heart. I was super nervous going in, expecting the same bad experience I had the first time I bought a car. However, Alex really eased my mind. We had a terrific experience recently at the Motor One dealership. The Owner/salesman, Alex was very calm, patient and did not use high pressure sales tactics.

We purchased a beautiful Nissan and the price was right! We were in and out within 60-90 minutes.

I would recommend Motor One for the buyer who has a good idea of what they want and utilizing Alex to make it happen.

Purchased (from out of state) a 2013 Jeep Wrangler with just over 12k miles. Tim's communication from the beginning was great, sent additional pictures and video of the Jeep. He also hooked me up with transportation to CO for only $650!!?! Transaction and shipment was smooth. Unfortunately, unknown to us both the Jeep's gearing was altered and needed expensive repairs immediately. I was extremely worried about the financial cost of the repairs and even reaching out to Tim for help but he was very commendable and immediately pitched in on the repairs.

One of the best used car buying experiences I have ever had. Tim was very helpful vetting some questions/concerns I had down to under the car details he shared (he checked the front lower bumper and underneath to describe the overall condition). I have switched to buying new cars just so I don't have to deal with the typical used car dealers, however, for this, we were looking for a car for our 16 year old daughter and thought a small rear wheel drive Mercedes 250 would be ideal. Tim was very accomodating in working with our financials and taking care of all the necessary paperwork prior to our arrival. He allowed our daughter and myself to take the car for a test drive. All of Tim's cars are top notch, clean, low miles, well maintained vehicles.
This particular car had been a previous certified Mercedes pre-owned at some point in its life. Vehicle was well equipped with nice options like keyless go, memory seating, AMG wheels/rotors and premium sound. Upon agreeing to a price and receiving payment, Tim held the car for pickup for a few days to accommodate our schedule. Tim is a very informative and an honest guy. I don't think he is trying to make a living per vehicle but by offering a great experience and competitive prices along with repeat buyers and referrals, business is good if not great.

We have now purchased 2 cars from Tim at OC Auto Wholesale, and couldn’t be happier with the quality of the vehicles and the service provided by Tim, the owner. It’s so nice to deal with one individual from start to finish, especially when the level of service provided is of such high quality. The cars at OC Auto are beautiful, well maintained, frequently have low mileage, and are priced fairly. PJ is absolutely wonderful!
I had a very crazy situation- long story short I came from about 3 hours away and needed a car that same day! Which eventually turned into night. I believe i spent around 4 hours at the dealership and PJ was very patient with me. I test drove around 7 cars?! By the end of the evening it felt like PJ and I were best friends. He was more than helpful to me and I will go back to him the next time I need a 4runner or tacoma.
I came to him based off the reviews- so it's true, he is the best!
I've had my truck just a couple days now and I'm loving it and could be more happy. Thank you again PJ for helping me.

This dealer does NOT mean business. I called multiple times about a car and tried to see if prices were negotiable and he immediately cut me off and said “no”. Prior to him responding that way he told me “good luck hope you find a car somewhere else”. Awful car salesmen and very rude, if you’re thinking about negotiating the price with these guys don’t waste your time.

We’ve had a good experience finding and buying our new used car at NextCar.
Beginning with a product that was checking a good majority of our boxes, followed a thorough test drive, and a hassle-free purchase process without hidden fees.
Going through the paperwork with Peter happened to be an easy and seemingly transparent process, too.
In the very next days after buying the car, a couple of minor issues popped up (one of them was even pointed out during the test drive). Peter was willing to honor his commitment of ‘always being there for us’, and took good care of both.
Title and plates arrived home within 40 calendar days, as Peter said, too.
I hope I can say in the future that I’m still a happy customer of NextCar, and potentially even a returning customer.

Ramin was recommended to me by my mechanic. Ramin was easy to work with and incredibly helpful. He came to us and paid a fair price for my 2004 BMW 7 series. We got to talking about his business and he gave me this website and told me that he would make a good deal on a used replacement for the BMW when we were ready to buy.

I shopped for Honda Civic for several months before finding THE ONE at High Line Motors. Ray was incredible to work with, and the 2009 Honda Civic he sold me is in "like new" condition. I made the initial deposit prior to driving to Southern California to inspect it. It was a better cart that Ray had even advertised.Ray was patient, helped me navigate the purchase process, and used his contacts to secure excellent, cost-effective shipping for me. Definitely the most "Hassle free"car buying experience I've had. Ramin was very professional and super friendly as well. He is not just another car salesman. As a mechanical engineer, his knowledge about car in general is abundant, but he has deep knowledge on the all mechanical details of the cars on the lot. Ask him any question about the cars and he will answer honestly and knowledgeably. He gives you all the information you need and makes you feel comfortable through the transaction out process. Just talked to the bank and they have not received the title to my car in over 43 days since purchase from Model Auto LLC from Anthony on Sept 3, 2023. This car is still on his website for sale. 2015 LAND ROVER RANGE ROVER HSE 4X4 4DR SUV ID 3038 SALGS2VF4FA189331 He has over 1/4 of a million dollars in inventory but can't clear title of this car. It is impacting my health and stressing out my family which was looking forward to enjoying this nice vehicle. I know Anthony at heart is a nice guy but he needs to fix this issue to my satisfaction. Anthony if you want to get a 5 star review you have to earn it. Get me my Title.

My husband called on Friday to see a car on the lot. When we called a man answered saying “hello” and when we asked if this was Model Auto Group he quickly said “yes, I’m very busy can I call you in 10 minutes” we said yes of course. Thinking it was strange he never asked our names, number or for anything. We never ended up hearing back from him. My husband decided to call back over an hour later giving the man the benefit of the doubt and was able to schedule for Saturday to come see the car with a man named Anthony. Being super excited, he shows up at the time discussed for no one to be there (2 hour round trip drive), my husband called and texted the number multiple times and still NEVER heard back. Now Sunday, another day later and still nothing. Absolutely terrible customer service and definitely lost a sale.

My experience with Omid of M Motors was more than exceptional. I bought a great car, at a great price, with a great salesman. The car was in mint condition and Omid made it easy to register the car as well as help me to finance it. I am grateful. I drove from North Hollywood to Irvine just to look at the car and Omid held it for a few days for me. Thank you. My daughter says he deserves 6 stars!

Since purchasing a mint condition, low-mileage Lexus from M Motors in Irvine nearly 3 years ago, our only expenses have been a set of tires, a detailing, a cabin air filter, and a few routine oil changes. Omid treated us like family, which is one of the reasons we recently bought our college-bound daughter a used Toyota Sienna from him. We would rate M Motors higher, but 5-stars was the limit.

Mohammad and Peter got me a great deal on a very clean MINI Clubman that's been excellent to drive. I've been in the automotive industry before and have purchased many new and used vehicles, and I can say that the duo here are professional and stock quality cars.

The whole transaction was smooth and Mohammed even came by on Sunday when he was closed to let me check out and test drive the car. Really a class act.

Literally the only issue on the car is a leaking washer fluid pump, but that's extremely common on the F54/F56 cars. $30 fix. Other than that the car had minor body work way back in 2018 and needed a cut and polish to look brand new again, it was a fantastic deal. No idea why MINI didn't keep it on trade.

Great experience working with Moe. Since I was an out of state buyer, he was easy to work with and very understanding. I verbally told him that I was interested and he kept his word of holding the car for me. He also kept communication open during the whole process and was able to ship the car out to me. It is really rare to come by honest used car dealerships these days. Pro motor cars is an absolute exception. Ari was honest and very pleasant to deal with. I was impressed with the quality of the car they had for sale. I am very happy with the Porsche Panamera S I purchased from them and it even had all the receipts for all the service that was completed on the car over the years. They also help trade in one of my cars. I will be back at Pro Motor Cars when I’m ready for another used car.

We had such a wonderful experience with Givi Auto Sales! We purchased a 4Runner that exceeded our expectations. Bestcars Auto Sale is honestly the best auto dealer I have ever worked with. I'm a very picky buyer, and I would choose Bestcars over any of the major auto dealers any day! Hamid went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure I was happy with my purchase in so many ways. It is very rare to find someone so honest and genuinely interested in their customers satisfaction in the auto industry. It is also very rare to find an auto dealer who actually has quality used vehicles. I bought my Hyundai Sonata from Mesa Luxury. Tony was really helpful and informative about all the details that I asked for. I really liked his response time and willingness to take care of the customer. I asked him if I can get the car checked by my mechanic and he agreed to that, which shows that he had confidence in what he was selling.

The best part of the warranty that he suggested me while I was buying the car. So, the car was working perfectly fine for 5-6 months and then it suddenly started giving transmission issue (which are hard to determine even by the mechanics, so there is no way any of us new that it might happen). But fixing this required $6000 cost and the warranty that Tony had suggested me was super nice that they covered the entire cost other than negligible deductible. And, Tony was helpful from the first day when my car started giving this issue.

Basically, Tony is a great guy and they provide really good customer service.

My partner and I had a great experience with Schwarz Autohaus when purchasing my 2005 Honda Accord. Blake was very nice and honest with us. He let us test drive the car and also showed us the Carfax along with the car’s smog test. There were no hidden fees, the car’s title was clean, and the title transfer process was very smooth. The car was also in excellent conditions, with a clean interior and exterior. The oil and tires had also been recently changed. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend it! It has already been a month since I purchased my car and I have had no problems with it.
