They sell lemons. Bought a honda s2000 and the car spewed out black smoke the first day. They were somehow able to hide it at the dealership. Still charged me $750 for the cancellation contract.

I went to check out a 2016 Tundra, Juanita, Albert and Jr were the best, they were very helpful! I was there no longer than a couple of hours. 1 of (if not) the best experience I've had at a car dealer. Thank you Cars Direct 🙏🏼

I purchased a Mercedes GL 450 four days after purchase the car started smoking (black smoke) never found out what the actual problem was but the car was no longer running. They allowed me to drive a loaner car for one month and returned my down payment after a horrible argument had to occur with the dealer and my husband early on in the process . I have a loan on my credit now that will allegedly take 30 days to not appear as open which is now blocking me from being able to get a car from another dealer . Worst experience I’ve ever had with purchasing a car and they tried to make me feel like they were doing ME a favor when actually I’m in a worst situation now having to figure out transportation for my children for at least another 30 days.

I had the best experience there! David and George are so professional, very kind, and never pushy. They listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect car for me. My car was detailed, new tires, and serviced so that it was in perfect condition when I drove it home. I was able to get in- house financing and just paid my car off. I LOVE my car and now own it outright- couldn’t be happier with the experience there and my car! This is absolutely the only car dealership I will give my business to when I am looking for a very nice, clean, dependable luxury used car. Highly recommend!!

TOTALLY shady...sold me an SUV. Within 15 miles, check engine light on. None of the power ports worked, driver window didn't close, display inoperable...before even 24 hrs up, took it back to return the piece of junk. Dude STILL charged me tax title license, as well as "restocking fee" which he explained was for salesman commission!!! So I basically rented a complete POS for less than 30 miles for over $1800.
TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! You WILL regret doing any business there...

This place is horrible complete con artist sold my pregnant wife and 75 year old father in law a car that threw the check engine light on no more then a week after buy it for $10000 cash which was all our entire tax returns put together in cash that check engine light is still on and not even the vw dealership can tell us what's wrong complete lemon and I suggest staying far away if you don't want to get ripped off

My experience with Samuel was awesome! I bought the Accord Sport, and I just couldn't resist all the cool stuff he suggested. Samuel made sure I understood everything and didn't rush through any explanations.

What really stood out was how Samuel made me feel comfortable. He offered some extra goodies and explained them without any pushy sales tactics. It was hard to say no because he made them sound so good!

The test drive with Samuel was a blast. He let me really get a feel for the Accord Sport and patiently answered all my questions. His excitement about the car was infectious, and it made me confident in my decision.

In a nutshell, Samuel made buying a car fun and stress-free. I drove away in my new Accord Sport feeling great about my choice. I'd definitely recommend Samuel to anyone looking for a friendly and helpful salesman.

Staff was friendly and experience was smooth. My only issues were that the whole session was very long (1pm to 6:30pm) and although no fault of the dealership and more the manufacturer, few issues with the actual car. Loose backside spoil panel, a nasty small cut on the steering wheel, rubber molding issues and strange popping sounds under the car. Still give them five stars because this issues are not due to dealership really. Service center has been addressing most of these and that has been a smooth process!

We have been kicking the idea Around of getting a new tundra all year long. We had been to a few dealerships in Orange County before making it to HB Toyota in early January 2023

While they didn’t have what we wanted in stock we talked with Ryan Mort and stayed in touch with him all year until finally getting a tundra today 8/21/2023. He sent me countless pictures, videos and window stickers on well over 100 different tundras before we finally pulled the trigger. At no point did he put any pressure on me to buy a truck, just kept sending me any and everything he thought would work for me and this really helped me to make up my mind and made it seem like I had someone helping us get the right truck for us.

I can’t tell you how many times I peppered him with questions on countless trucks I never bought and he never gave up or made me feel like I was wasting his time and kept sending me trucks!

The actual buying process was an absolute breeze, we had agreed upon a price prior to arrival so when we got there the truck was cleaned , gassed up and they had us in and out in under an hour. Gersain in finance was working with Ryan and between the two of them this was a walk in the park. They even beat the rate and term that our credit union offered us

This was hands down the longest shopping period I’ve ever had on a car followed by the best dealership purchase experience I’ve ever encountered. I didn’t buy one add on item, no extended warranty , no maintenance packages, no tire programs, not one single item and even after all of that I didn’t get a hard time from anyone.

After we bought the truck they helped me get some parts I needed for my Tacoma at a great price. I can’t say enough good things about this experience here today.

I have had a great experience here since the day I purchased my car. Every person I have communicated with has been amazing. From the phone calls I make with concerns about my car to getting it looked at with no pushback. Today I went in to get an oil change and my car looked at and the service was great. I have recommended this location to all my friends and when my mother was in need of a new car I brought her here. Pete was awesome to work with. From the beginning, he consistently responded promptly to my questions. It seemed like he genuinely cared about making sure I felt comfortable with my decision to buy the car. His ad provided a lot of details, and the video walkthrough he shared was a key factor in my decision to purchase the car without physically seeing it. Pete's shipping rates were competitive, and he handled the challenges smoothly, including dealing with my bank's money order and making the trip to the UPS customer service center. A nice touch was him sending a video and photos of the car on its way to ensure everything was as expected.

There was a hiccup on delivery day. The vehicle transport truck experienced a breakdown, resulting in a late-night arrival instead of the expected morning delivery. While this did contribute to a less than ideal experience, this doesn't diminish my overall positive rating for Pete. I understand these circumstances were beyond his control. I also want to convey my appreciation to both Pete and the driver for their efforts in keeping me informed during the transportation delay.

Eventually, the car arrived exactly as anticipated, with no surprises or unexpected issues. Pete's description in both the ad and video walkthrough proved to be accurate, and he remained responsive to all our requests until the car was delivered. As a first-time online car buyer, I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase and would confidently recommend the seller.

I'm sharing this so you don't have to waste your money on their security system when you sign the contract with the financial manager. She is going to offer you the security system for 50% off or $500. It sounds like a good deal and I took it. She told me I had come back so they could install the system. I went home and did some research about their security system and realized it's a piece of junk. You can get a better system else where cheaper. Since they haven't installed it, I called her back to see I if I can cancel it, and was basically told, it's too late. She got my money and the commission. Long story short, these people are out there to get your money and will lie to you. They're very friendly until I get your money.
