UPDATE: FINAL REVIEW..Car was completed sooner than promised. They washed and waxed and it looked good as it did the day I purchased 7 months ago! Very pleased with the outcome!
1st Review:..
Let me just start by saying I spent a week or more trying to find a auto body shop that would come either to my home to complete the repairs, or help get the car to the shop for the repairs due to my crazy work schedule..I found many shops, one of which I had previously used to replace an entire hood of a car, FYXME-Mobile Auto Body Shop,, they had me thinking any day now they'd be by to see what parts needed to be ordered, then it'd be "oh well we are short staffed today can you just bring it by here?" (You advertise as a mobile repair but I come to you? Huh?!) blah blah blah...Fix Auto Anaheim North, same thing...this went on for almost 2 weeks...
So I did some research and found Hard Tech Auto..
And here's the immediate difference, the owner, Vic, he met me pre-open hours at the shop to accommodate me, he gave me a clear, honest, evaluation of parts, labor, and time it would take to repair.
He then went above and beyond by PICKING up my car from the ENTERPRISE rental shop I had to leave it at, THE SAME DAY...
And since my car has been in his shop, he has gone out of his way to send me weekly updates, including photos of the progress made!!
The car has been in the shop almost 3 weeks, just as promised from the start, and will be done as planned.
Yes, you need to be prepared for patience, it's not overnight, the repairs. But they are done RIGHT, and the service and communication is EXCELLENT.
If you are looking for a repair shop who is trustworthy, honest, reliable, and does excellent work, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!
I will give a final update and picture of fixed car once I pick it up this week!

Work was done as requested,with a major set back on time. 2 weeks turned out to be 2months!! Overall service,and price on point. I would only recommend if your not in a rush for your vehicle. Also, be in the know. I went ahead and ordered custom grill and lights. I Got stuck with the stock items,as the communication fell thru. But if you want it done right,and want a reasonable price,then this is your place. Customer service and satisfaction were met. Pics enclosed for proof

My process was fluid, with updates along the way, and my truck was finished two days early. The results were fantastic with paint that looks like it did when I got it off the showroom floor in 2007. I’m very pleased with the entire process and all interactions with their friendly staff. Hugo and Erika at the front desk are very professional, friendly, and quick working, moving the process along briskly. Thanks again.

My car was hit in the rear driver side while it was parked, I got in touch with fix auto late in the day, they sent a truck to pick up my car later that evening. The driver even sweep and cleaned up the spot my car was hit. After insurance had their estimates Fix gave me a completion date and THEY DELIVERED! That’s not all… Fix auto went above and beyond the expectations I had, I met David, and he help expedite and ease this whole process from the time my car was picked up. Chris from customer service helped me understand what was being worked on and why, he let me know about my after market grill, that they could not get the same one. It was no problem to me because I would get a different one soon, he also helped me out with my rental problems. This showed me they care enough to take responsibilities that were thrown on to me and really make them their own. Chris even got on a several three way calls between the rental & insurance companies and I hardly had to speak. He was like my customer service lawyer, need I say more? I do! When I got on-site, the garage was way different from any other one I’ve seen. Clean, open, and efficient. When I made my return to pick up my car I went in and let the women at the front desk know I’m here for pick up. Under 5 min I turn a round and I see my car. It was clean & waxed. It really felt like I was buying my car again. When I looked at the impacted area it was like it came from the manufacturer. My stress was released and I was relieved! The stress that the insurance company put me under was ridiculous, but Fix Auto brushed it off for me. I signed the release papers & drove to my next job.

For me, it’s really about the person not only the car.

Thank you Fix! Thank you Chris you are force to be messing with. Thank you David for having a great team!

This was my first time taking in my car for repairs. The staff was very helpful with all my questions and was very friendly. They were able to fix my car in a week. I included before and after pictures of the repairs. Highly recommend Fix Auto Express for your auto repair needs.

Got into an accident and had damage on both head lights and grill damage, not to mention the stirring was off. Every time I called with questions I always got an answer and they always provided the details I needed. Taking it in to drop off was very simple and they made it very easy and quick for me. The front desk was very helpful and the workers that worked on our car did an outstanding job! It’s like a new car again!

My wife was backed into while parked. State Farm listed Fix Auto Express as the repair shop. They gave us an estimate of 10 days. It was ready in 3..Great job and kept me up to progress by text and when done , I received a phone call. Very professional

Pro Auto Collision took care of me and my car collectively. They made sure I knew on what was going to happen, the estimate and the timeline with it all. Took no longer than two weeks. My car came out even better than before I got to say . Definitely will be going to them in the future and will bring in new clients.

John and Mario are great guys, installed a new bumper on my 2015 VW and performed a perfect job! The color blending was done so well, can't tell any difference between the brand new bumper and adjacent panels on this car which is 9 years and 140k miles old. I would recommend PAC to all of my friends !

I had been having this driver door sensor issue with my Nissan Rogue sport for 5 months. I had paid for 2 diagnostics at Nissan ($187 each time) and I brought it to them and Scott opened my door and pointed to my issue RIGHT AWAY and it was fixed immediately. Another buddy I auto buddy shop tried telling me I would need a whole new door and match the paint and all that craziness. This place ROCKS!!! Thank you Scott😊

Stopped here expecting to possibly have to leave my car for the day.. out of state transplant with rusted on bolts to an expired CO license plate that refused to let me go lol the entire team at the shop was incredibly kind and helpful.. on the spot fixed up my Lexus good as new! Will return and recommend to those in need in the area!

My insurance adjuster gave me a few body shop options to chose from for my vehicle repair, I chose russ ward because they were local and I wanted to support the small shops. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service, experience and professionalism provided by the whole team and want to thank stephanie for keeping me in the loop during the repair process the entire time. My car was repaired perfectly it feels brand new again. Overall, I would highly recommend russ ward, super down to earth community focused shop and you can tell they love what they do.

Got my door handles painted here. The paint is already dull, faded and bubbling. Last time I went here for a warranty issue the workers threatened me and try ro fight me over a warranty issue. Not worth going here. Take your business elsewhere.

Shopped around at a few places to see about repairing/ repainting my front and rear bumpers on my Lexus is300. They quoted me a fair price and told me my car would be done in a day which I thought was very fast. I picked up my car and the rear bumper looked amazing, however my front bumper still needed a little work as it didn’t quite look polished/buffed out as much at the rear was. I contacted them and they without hesitation took my car back and fixed my concerns and now both bumpers look amazing. I gave them 5 stars because they corrected the issue on the spot and got my car back to me the same day that I dropped it off the second time. That in my book shows great customer service and dedication to customer satisfaction. Would highly recommend them

We are so happy we chose G.U collision center because their work is awesome!!! They are so professional & the product quality is top notch. Just like brand new vehicle. They kept us up to date on the progress.
We are so pleased & hopefully we won't need repairs again, but if we do we will definitely go back to G.U collision center. Honestly I highly recommend them!!!

I had my 05 S2000 serviced at mills collision center and they did a phenomenal job restoring it to its former glory pre-accident. They used all new oem parts and even went above and beyond like blending the paint on parts like the hood and bumper that weren’t even damaged. I appreciate the work that they did on my beloved car. I highly recommend👍🏽

Very disappointed evening, although I pick up my blue Toyota 4Runner I can't believe it took this body shop over
A month for repairs, not to mention the poor customer service by the female receptionist I've never experienced such unprofessional service it cost me a lot of (money) and time for the receptionist to not even return my calls. I won't be back if I ever again need repairs or anything to do with a vehicle period. I only rate this a 1⭐ because I wasn't able to do a negative one . Not recommended..

These is the worse shop to have your car fix. They lie to you face, promise you one thing and do another. Took my car to get fix, they promise to have ready in three week, but in reality took them four week. I had to call them to get info on my vehicle.They said they need more time to make sure everything was right.
To test drive and clean the vehicle. When I pick up my car, it was dirty and the door that they were suppose to fix didn't align propertly. They also damage the inside of my car and the trims on the door. These guys don't know what quality control is, they are nothing but a bunch of amateurs that don't know how fix a car. And even have the audacity of asking for a good review, because didn't want to look bad. What a joke is this shop.

Highly recommend!! I never had such a pleasurable experience with any other mechanic shop such as this. He had my engine removed and replaced on my lifted Hummer H2 with the new one in 2 short days...
