These guys are awesome! I arrived after hours and they still squeezed my window tint in before the Thanksgiving holiday weekend! Made me feel a lot better after I replaced the window due to a theft.

This shop used to to be excellent now new installer it really bad I am brought 2 car did tint was nice last bring my band new car again to do tint the is it very disappointing with the results they have to do twice so from now never ever go back to this shop again

I work nearby so I walked in and chatted with one of the tint experts Jeff. He walked me through the various options, benefits, etc and was very transparent. He knew what he was talking about and has been doing it for decades so I felt confident using this business. I brought it in first thing in the morning and it was ready to go in the afternoon. You are getting what you pay for here. Top quality.

Paid $147.99 for MAF sensor. Gave a vehicle information. Bought the part feeling they looked it up it had to be right part. Wasn’t correct sensor. Trusted they gave me correct sensor. Through my auto repair shop who looked part up and said they gave me the wrong part. Since I trusted them to be right sensor I installed it. I called them but they basically said I installed it so nothing they can do. Email to corporate has been sent. Avoid this place

Selective Customer Service!
Waited in line to ask for a battery check, while waiting in line, two employees arguing about how a customer was helped, or not helped...right in front of the customer I might add. Then got to me, I asked for the battery check, was asked to step aside and wait a few while they cleared the line. Line was cleared, then the guy I spoke with opted to leave the register to help a female customer find a product. So I went to see if anyone else was available...everyone at the registers was gone.

Let's see if I get better service somewhere else.

On a Sunday afternoon, I saw a man in a wheelchair holding his hood up on the side of the freeway. Steam was coming from somewhere. I pulled over to help him. He said he never worked on a car before. I told him I'd do whatever I could to get him fixed and on his way. His car was a 2015 Chevy Sonic 1.4 turbo. His thermostat housing was cracked. It looked like a specialty part and I didn't think any auto part store would have it. I thought he would have to get it from a Chevrolet Dealer. I called Auto Zone and they had it in stock. I went and picked it up, installed it, and got him on his way. He and his wife were incredibly happy because they live in Palmdale over an hour away.
Thanks for carrying a wide variety of parts. It made me happy to be able to help this man.

This was my first time taking in my car for repairs. The staff was very helpful with all my questions and was very friendly. They were able to fix my car in a week. I included before and after pictures of the repairs. Highly recommend Fix Auto Express for your auto repair needs.

Got into an accident and had damage on both head lights and grill damage, not to mention the stirring was off. Every time I called with questions I always got an answer and they always provided the details I needed. Taking it in to drop off was very simple and they made it very easy and quick for me. The front desk was very helpful and the workers that worked on our car did an outstanding job! It’s like a new car again!

My wife was backed into while parked. State Farm listed Fix Auto Express as the repair shop. They gave us an estimate of 10 days. It was ready in 3..Great job and kept me up to progress by text and when done , I received a phone call. Very professional

My process was fluid, with updates along the way, and my truck was finished two days early. The results were fantastic with paint that looks like it did when I got it off the showroom floor in 2007. I’m very pleased with the entire process and all interactions with their friendly staff. Hugo and Erika at the front desk are very professional, friendly, and quick working, moving the process along briskly. Thanks again.

My car was hit in the rear driver side while it was parked, I got in touch with fix auto late in the day, they sent a truck to pick up my car later that evening. The driver even sweep and cleaned up the spot my car was hit. After insurance had their estimates Fix gave me a completion date and THEY DELIVERED! That’s not all… Fix auto went above and beyond the expectations I had, I met David, and he help expedite and ease this whole process from the time my car was picked up. Chris from customer service helped me understand what was being worked on and why, he let me know about my after market grill, that they could not get the same one. It was no problem to me because I would get a different one soon, he also helped me out with my rental problems. This showed me they care enough to take responsibilities that were thrown on to me and really make them their own. Chris even got on a several three way calls between the rental & insurance companies and I hardly had to speak. He was like my customer service lawyer, need I say more? I do! When I got on-site, the garage was way different from any other one I’ve seen. Clean, open, and efficient. When I made my return to pick up my car I went in and let the women at the front desk know I’m here for pick up. Under 5 min I turn a round and I see my car. It was clean & waxed. It really felt like I was buying my car again. When I looked at the impacted area it was like it came from the manufacturer. My stress was released and I was relieved! The stress that the insurance company put me under was ridiculous, but Fix Auto brushed it off for me. I signed the release papers & drove to my next job.

For me, it’s really about the person not only the car.
